Fulfillment depends entirely on the acquisition type. We operate on two timelines:

Immediate Releases (In-Stock): These items are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Shipping then takes the estimated transit time (3–7 days domestic).
Exclusive Pre-Orders: These items are custom-produced and reserved for you. They typically require 4–6 weeks for fulfillment before shipping begins.

All specific shipping timelines are clearly noted in the description of every product.

The fit and sizing are tailored specifically to the unique silhouette of each piece

Fit Details: The definitive fit and model specifications are always detailed in the product description itself.
Technical Chart: For precise measurements (chest, length, sleeve), please consult the dedicated size chart graphic, which is always included in the product photos for every item.

Verdant Years operates on a model of scarcity.

Once a limited run is exhausted, it is considered returned to the vault. While select, highly demanded archive pieces may be re-released, this is rare and unannounced. We strongly advise securing your acquisition during the initial drop.

All sales are final. Due to the exclusive, limited-run nature of our inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We will only process a return exception if:

The product arrives damaged or clearly defective.
You received the wrong item (incorrect size or style).

Please review your order carefully before securing the piece.

To ensure efficient, consolidated shipping, we will hold the In-Stock item until your Pre-Order item is ready.

Your entire order will ship together once the 4–6 week Pre-Order fulfillment period is complete. If you require the In-Stock item sooner, please place two separate orders.
